1.1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels still attached.

 

1.2. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of the purchase date.

2.1. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns unless they are in their original, unopened packaging.

 

2.2. Personalized or customized items are not eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.

3.2. Drop off the package at your nearest Post Office store to our return address which will be given to you.

4.1. Once we receive your returned item(s), our team will inspect them to ensure they meet our eligibility criteria.

 

4.2. If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to two working days for the refund to reflect in your account.

 

**5. Exchanges:**

 

5.1. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, colour, or style, please initiate a return as per the guidelines in section 3 and place a new order for the desired item.
